- Fill out the order form - Be sure to include these other important items on your printed
order form:
- Your Name
- Shipping Address
- Telephone Number (in case we have questions about
your order)
- Preferred method of shipping
- For each item ordered, list the item number,
quantity, description, color and price
- Shipping and handling charge based on merchandise
total.
- Pay for your order with Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, American Express® or a Sheepskin.com
gift certificate, money order, cashier's check, traveler's check or personal
check for mail orders. For fax orders, we accept bankcards only.
- Fax or mail your order to Sheepskin.com.

- Mail-If you're mailing in payment, please note there is no guarantee that your selected product
will still be available by the time your payment arrives. If an item you selected is no longer

Sales Tax
- Inside Washington State-Sheepskin.com is a Washington State based Mail-order Company with local stores. If the order is to be shipped to an address within Washington State,
we are required to add sales tax to the total of the merchandise including the shipping and handling charges.
The rate charged is based upon the zip code to which the order is shipped, as
listed in the Washington State Tax Tables.
- Outside Washington State-We do not charge state sales tax on orders shipped outside Washington State.
- Gift Certificates-No sales tax is charged when buying gift certificates. Sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift certificate is redeemed.

- Mail Order-In
addition to bankcards, we accept personal checks and money orders for mail
orders. However, we are unable to reserve merchandise until your check or
money order arrives. There is no guarantee that the merchandise you selected
will still be available by the time your order arrives.
- Personal Check or Money Order-If you wish to pay with a personal check or money order,
please choose your merchandise from sheepskin.com and then follow our easy instructions on how
to order by mail.
Pricing Policy on Sheepskin.com
Our mission at Sheepskin.com is to provide the highest quality products at the lowest possible prices. The
low prices are only possible by consistently maintaining the lowest possible overhead at our site. Due to
the worldwide fluctuations in sheepskins, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every
effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts,
occasionally an item on our web site may be priced incorrectly.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical
error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, sheepskin.com shall have the right to
refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, sheepskin.com shall have
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on an incorrectly priced product whether or not the order has
been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, sheepskin.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with
our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling
shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not "match" competitor's pricing, offer price protection, or
provide "quantity quotes."
Please note that prices and discounts offered at Cloud Nine Sheepskin stores will not apply to purchases
from sheepskin.com and visa versa. This means that items purchased from sheepskin.com will not be
subject to adjustment based on prices offered in various Cloud Nine Sheepskin stores or ads. Please also
understand that we will not be able to refund any difference in price on any products purchased in our
stores, if they are found to be lower on our website than in our stores.

Out of Stock Items
The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but
errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a
product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated
delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to
change.
If the color or size you want is flagged "Out of Stock" when you attempt to add it to your cart or use the "Check Availability" feature, it is not available at this time. Please check back later-it may be in stock the next time you shop.
Backordering
Sometimes a color or size you select is temporarily unavailable. If the item can be backordered it will be sent to
you as soon as it becomes available. We will not charge your credit card until the item ships. In order to minimize long waits,
we do not backorder certain items. If the
backordered item is no longer available, we will cancel the item from your order and notify you via e-mail.
You may cancel a backordered item by emailing Customer Service at
Checking Order Status
Once you have placed an order, you can check its status any time by clicking on the Login link at the top of the page. After providing your email address and password, click My Account at the top of the page. From there you’ll be taken to a page that will display your account information and order status. You can click on your order number for more information, including the UPS tracking numbers for your order once it has shipped.

International Orders Outside the USA
- Currently, we cannot process international orders via the web site. To place an international order
outside of the USA - please email us at

we will reply to you with the cost of shipping.
- Any applicable duty and/or taxes are the responsibility
of the package recipient including Canada. (These costs are not reflected in our shipping
prices.)
Returns, Exchanges and Repairs
Satisfaction Guarantee
Our policy is, and has always been, to satisfy every customer. We want you to be happy with your order
and we stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be cheerfully corrected. If any item in your
order does not meet with your approval, simply return it within 60 days of purchase with the original
receipt in new and unused condition and all merchandise tags attached. We will promptly replace it,
exchange it, repair it or credit your original form of payment.

Technical Difficulties Help
If you are experiencing
technical difficulties the most common cause is that your browser needs to clear
the session cookies and temporary internet files. This is easily done:
- If you use Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu, and then click the Delete Cookies button and the Delete Files button.
- Click the O.K.
button to close the window.
- Then close the browser, reopen it and you should then
be able to use all the web pages and enter your order.
If you use Netscape, use the help menu for instructions on how to do this. AOL users can use the help menu or contact AOL for assistance.
- After clearing your cookies and temporary internet
files you need to quit and restart your browser. If you don't quit the
browser, your cookies and temporary internet files will not be completely
cleared out.
- If this doesn't seem to solve your problem, try rebooting your computer.

Custom Seat Cover Orders
- Please consider the following when placing a custom
seat cover order.
- We require prepayment for all custom orders. Credit
card must be approved prior to processing.
- Construction begins only after order is received and
we know the exact make, model and year of your car.
- We sometimes need you to send us the seat measurements for a particular seat so as to provide for an exact fit. - Custom seat cover orders may take 3-4 weeks to make
plus extra time for delivery.
- All special order
and custom-made seat covers are non-refundable and non-returnable UNLESS due to faulty workmanship or materials. We
