Satisfaction Guarantee
Our policy is - and has always been - to satisfy every customer. We want you to be happy with your order and we stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be cheerfully corrected. If any item in your order does not meet with your approval, simply return it within 60 days of purchase with the original receipt in new and unused condition and with all merchandise tags attached. We will promptly replace it, exchange it, repair it, or credit your original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Special order and custom-made seat covers are non-refundable and non-returnable except in the event of faulty workmanship or materials. We pledge to make the covers fit correctly and we'll do whatever it takes to make it right!

Items sold as Factory Seconds and Final Sale items are exceptions to our normal return and exchange policy:
They may be returned for a full refund only within 30 days of the shipment date. After 30 days, the sale is final. At these low prices, they are sold "as-is", with no warranty, no exchanges, and no returns beyond the two weeks noted above.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you need to return merchandise to us via mail or UPS, please note the following:
  1. Proof of purchase (receipt and/or gift receipt) is required for all returns/exchanges.
  2. All merchandise must be returned to sheepskin.com in new and unused condition. (Unless return is due to defective materials or workmanship - NOT normal wear and tear).
  3. Please note that you are responsible for postage and insurance on all returned merchandise. Sheepskin.com does not reimburse for shipping or handling charges.
  4. Please note the reason for the return on the backside of the Return & Exchange Form.
  5. Be sure to include a return address and phone number.
  6. Indicate if you prefer an exchange, repair or refund on the form.
  7. If exchanging, please indicate what you would like us to send back to you on the form.
  8. Please allow 2-4 weeks for a credit to show up on your credit card statement.

Returning items to Sheepskin.com in person
You are also welcome to return your online order to the Cloud Nine Sheepskin retail outlet in Lynnwood, WA. When you come in to the store for an exchange or return, be sure to bring with you:
  1. The original receipt.
  2. The credit card used for the original purchase.
  3. The item you wish to return in new and unused condition.
Repairs
Returning defective items for repair
Any defective items still under warranty, whether purchased from our online store or one of our store locations, may be returned to us for repair. Defective returns will be accepted for exchange or repair at our discretion within the product warranty period. For questions please view our warranty policy.
