At Sheepskin.com, we try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, Monday-Friday.
Please consider the following when trying to estimate delivery time.
- Credit card must be approved prior to processing.
- Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays.
- Carriers do not pick up or deliver on National
Holidays.
- 3-8 business days for delivery time.
- Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and
may vary.
- Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2
additional business days.
- Custom seat cover orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to make plus extra time for delivery.

International Orders Outside the USA
Currently, we cannot process international orders via the web site. To place an international order
outside of the USA - please email us at

we will reply to you with the cost of shipping.
Any applicable duty and/or taxes are the responsibility
of the package recipient including Canada. (These costs are not reflected in our shipping
prices.)
We ship via FedEx Standard Ground or USPO Priority Mail to or within the lower U.S.A. states &
Hawaii & Alaska.
- Once your order is placed your order will be processed 1 to 3 business days prior to shipping, excluding
holidays. Your total cost of shipping will depend on the total amount of the order.
- Shipping charges are per mailing address. Multiple
items on the same order shipped to separate address require that shipping be
added for each address.
- Allow one extra day for gift-wrapping.
- Additional charges apply for oversized items.
- All shipments to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via US Priority Mail. Standard
delivery charges apply.
What is the cost of shipping and handling?
We strive to keep our shipping rates as fair as possible, calculating shipping charges by dollar value of your complete order and your location within the U.S. Your shipping charges are displayed during the checkout process, and you will see them before you submit any payment information.

Oversized Items
Select items on our site are designated as oversized and are too large to ship via our standard rates. Oversized items cost more to ship and an additional charge of up to $35.00 may be applied. Due to its unusual size or weight, this
item requires the following special handling:
Shipping Info:
- Must be shipped alone.
- May only be shipped ground.
- Not available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes or U.S.
Territories.
- Special handling charges may be applied in checkout.
These will cost:
- $35.00 additional charge to ship ground to a US address regardless of the value.
Special Handling
Due to their unusual size or weight, some items require the following special handling:
- Must be shipped alone.
- May only be shipped Ground.
- Not available to APO/FPO, P.O. boxes, U.S. territories, Hawaii or Alaska addresses.
The amount of the special handling fee is based solely on the extra charges levied by the shipping carrier
to transport these items. If a special handling fee applies, you will be notified by email.
APO/FPO addresses
Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S. Postal Services (USPS). Choose "Ground Shipping" as the shipping method.
Please Note:
Please use either AA, AE or AP as the state for APO and FPO addresses.
May I track a package shipped to APO address?
We currently do not provide online tracking with order numbers for USPS shipping method as we do with FedEx methods. When your order ships, you will receive a staus e-mail. The email includes the tracking number and a link to the USPS tracking site. You can then use the tracking number to track your package on the USPS web site. However, USPS may have limitations on tracking overseas packages. Please check USPS web site for details.
How long does it take to receive my package with an APO address?
The delivery time by USPS to APO/FPO addresses may vary and it is out of our control and sometimes it takes a very long time.
