Sheepskin.com offers you one of the longest product warranty periods in the sheepskin industry. Most companies only give you a 30 - 90 day warranty on their products; our standard is 6 months to one year. We warranty the integrity of the stitching and workmanship for everything we sell and we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This applies to all items except factory seconds and final sale inventory.

We do not warranty against damage sustained to any product during cleaning -- whether by home washing or professional care -- since we cannot control the process. Cleaning results will vary with many factors, including amount of use, age of the product, exposure to heat & sunlight, water hardness, etc.
Damage caused by excessive wear and tear or misuse of any product is not covered by this warranty.

Slippers
All stitching and workmanship is warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. NOTE: All children's slippers are warranteed for indoor use only.

Sheepskin Accessories
All stitching and workmanship is warranted for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Seat Cover Limited Warranty:
Sheepskin.com warranties our covers to be free from defective materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.

Premium Tailor-Made Seatcovers are warranted for one year under the same terms.

We do not recommend washing and do not warranty covers that have been washed. See care instructions for your individual product.

Please note: since dye colors may change or fade, sheepskin seat covers will not be replaced for -- or otherwise warranted against -- any change in or fading of the color. This change in color should be expected and does not constitute a defective material. A transfer of color could occur when dark colored seat covers are fitted to light colored upholstery. Under these circumstances, we suggest that a piece of cloth be placed between the seat and the cover to prevent any possible discoloration. Purchaser assumes responsibility.

Warning:
Placing a seat cover on a seat containing an air bag may interfere with the deployment of the bag in an accident. Do not use a seat cover on such a seat unless you have first determined that it is a model designed to work in your make and model of car. Cars with side seat air bag either require an additional custom alteration to the seat cover or a special model designed to work with airbags. Rugs and Pillows
They are warranted for 6 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Please note that shrinkage of long wool sheepskin rugs 8-10% during washing is common and to be expected. We do not warranty excessive wear and tear, improper washing or misuse of the product.
We do not recommend washing the design rugs or pillows and do not warranty products that have been washed.

Toys
They are warranted for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required. Do not wash the toys in a washing machine, as, this may damage or break the toy. Remove all hangtags, ribbons and plastic pieces before giving the toy to young children.
