In 2001 Rosa and Joe Francis began selling sheepskin footwear in malls all across the U.S. When they started this sheepskin venture Rosa and Joe were acting as retail sellers and purchasing their products wholesale, Cloud Nine Sheepskin was a big part of their success. 

Over the years of working with Cloud Nine Sheepskin, they became good friends with the owner. When he decided to retire he turned over Cloud Nine Sheepskin to Joe and Rosa, because he trusted their passion and he knew Joe and Rosa would continue the tradition and care for the brand that he had poured his life into.

They’ve grown from a small garage to a 27,000 square foot warehouse that supplies retail boutiques from Maine to Virginia, a summer store in Juneau, Alaska and now they’re wholesaling the Cloud Nine Sheepskin to stores in Europe as well.
