can return your unworn, unwashed, or defective item(s) for a full refund
within 30 days of your online purchase. This applies to on-line
purchases only from Sheepskin.com.
Please note: If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card in the amount
of the credit will be issued and mailed to you. If you used a coupon
code, a new gift card will be issued to you in the amount paid for the
item.
Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to two weeks, after
receiving returned merchandise.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We can only accept exchanges for purchases made on Sheepskin.com
Even Exchanges: If you need the same item in a different size or color,
we’ll waive the first shipping cost back to you for continental US
orders.
Uneven Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange your merchandise for a
different item, new shipping fees will apply.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You can send
items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured
shipping method. Any returns must have a tracking number to avoid lost
packages. Any returns without tracking may result in lost products that
we are not liable for. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns. We can only

GIFT RETURNS

your own return shipping method. Once the return is received, a gift
