They are well made and a good value for the quality. I found the cut a bit narrow and had to have them stretched by the shoemaker. Fir the record my feet aren't particularly wide, I usually wear a B width.
Bought a pair for my wife. Feet are swollen due to an accident. Underestimated amount of swelling. Had to return / exchange for a larger size. These slippers are well made and are as pictured and advertised. Product exchange process was intuitive seamless and fast. Overall very pleased with the Cloud 9. I think I’m going to buy a pair for myself!
I like the soft sole bootie slippers but the right one rubs the tops of my toes. The left one is fine.
Ordered a pair of women’s soft sole bootie for my wife. She had injured her knee and foot—both swollen. Normally wears a size 6-6.5. Ordered a size 7 but still a little tight. Had to return for an exchange for a size 8. Return / exchange process is seamless, smooth and uncomplicated. My wife loves the slippers just a little too tight. Quality and appearance of slippers is top notch. I think I’m going to order a men’s size pair for myself!

The house slippers are very warm and comfortable, and they don't make a loud stepping noise when I walk in them like some hard sole slippers do, and they fit my slider foot just right, I'm wearing them now. Love them.
Gosh these are the BEST. This is my second pair. Chic, nice and warm, cozy and comfortable. Grounding since it does not have a typical plastic layer underneath. There is full soft wool all around the feet, comfortable even on hard floors. Thank you~!

I got these for my elderly mother and she is very pleased with them. They help keep her feet warm and the sole is not slippery.
They are the right size, but tight now . Hope they loosing up as I wear them.

I go through these booties often because I wear them all the time when I'm home. They're so comfy I forget I'm wearing them. I have wide/flat feet and while I wish the sides were just a tiny bit wider, after some wear they will stretch and will fit my foot like they should. Any larger and the toe area would be too long. I have kitties and the soft sole is nice because it hurts enough when I accidentally step on them without having to be stepping on them with hard soles. The price is also just right.
This my third pair of these. That should say it all! I fold the flaps on the side up to keep my ankles warm. I wear them as soon as I get home and year round as my floors are cold. I bought them at a local family shoe store. Unfortunately, they closed and the store was switched to a chain store that didn’t carry them. I searched and found them online. These are the best slippers ever!
