Usually these tend to run small and stretch out after a couple of times wearing them but I bought my normal size shoe and they are really loose and I keep coming out of them. I’m disappointed because I have loved every pair of slippers I have purchased from this company.

Lovely moccasins. The heel ridge is tough and is requiring a slow break in as I got blisters the first two hours I wore them. Other than that, they are great—cozy, comfortable, solid, gorgeous, soft inside.

I'm excited to write this review as I usually do not write reviews however, my experience has been stellar. I ordered the 8 first but it was too big. I usually wear a 7.5 size shoe or 8 depending on the shoe. Sent the 8 back and received the 7 size in record time. Words cannot describe how comfortable the shoes are. 7 fits perfect. Really wanted to also comment on the excellent customer service received with my exchange process.

This is my 2nd pair that I have bought. My 1st pair lasted a long time. I wear them everyday. I have to wear shoes at all times & I wear them around the house. I have neuropathy in both of my feet & the moccasins have a good solid sole. The moccasins bought in stores have a very slim sole & my feet slide right off & my ankles turn.

These moccasins are wonderfully warm and comfortable. They have a good arch support. I may add additional cushioning in the heel for my plantar fasciitis but have not yet done so. The sole is seriously nonslip on hardwood, tile, and stairs. It's been a long time since I've been so pleased with a shoe purchase. I highly recommend these moccasins.

The slippers are super comfortable, attractive, and seem well made. I ordered moccasins for both me and my partner. I had to exchange for a size down and trust me: order down! Customer service was very responsive during the exchange. I’ve been wearing them for only a few days and the removable inner soles already have some wool separating from the bottom surface, near the toes, so I’m not sure how that will pan out over time.

I bought these moccasins because my pair literally fell apart after wearing them for 4 years. Even the sole split away from the sides so I glued them. Which meant that, I needed new ones & saved up for 6 months. Currently they are drying after I sprayed them for water protection.
Currently, I have 5 different pairs of Cloud Nine shoes & boots. Obviously I love everything they sell. I even have one of the last pairs of tall boots. I just began wearing them because my old ones fell apart as well.
If your questioning yourself about buying from Cloud Nine. Don't. They sell quality footwear that lasts a long time. Comfort in their shoes & boots is beyond anything you find anywhere else.
Sizing for their shoes & boots is not something you have done before. Buying these shoes & boots means that you buy the size that your toe is against the front. Not pushing on it but comfortable enough to wear around the house to get it to conform to your feet.
