These are the real deal.
They are so soft and warm inside and very comfortable. I also like the sole on them. It appears it should stay attached properly, and I can step outside if I choose.
They shipped with nice instructions of how they should fit. I'm an 8 1/2 narrow, and I choose to go to the 8, not the 9. I'm glad I did. When I received them they felt snug (as they say it should) but my toes were not curling at the end. Now 2 weeks later, they have loosened and the alpaca fleece has given enough that they fit great and are definitely the size I needed. I am adding a 2nd fleece innersole to adjust for width since I have a very narrow foot.
Again, the slipper is really comfortable, nicely warm (but not too hot!) and appear to be made with good quality to them. Glad I found them! They are a definite win!
Love them! I had a pair of Cloud 9 booties for over a year wearing them everyday. When I finally wore them out I purchased a similar pair from another company that was sub par and they only lasted a few months. Back to Cloud 9 and I’m a customer for life!
These slippers were a gift for my mom and she loves them! They are warm, comfortable, and she loves that she can wear them outside if needed. Definitely worth the money!

They were snug and I worried they were too tight, but they expanded as described and are perfect. I love my new slipper. It keeps my feet warm and are sooo comfortable to wear.
Purchased Sheepskin booties (Chestnut, Size 7) to wear 24/7 indoors in cold house with wood floors. Recommend this bootie to replace an Australian sheepskin slipper booty I wore out. Cloud Nine is cost effective purchase vs Australian sheepskin. Bootie is lined with sheepskin and sole/support is excellent. Boot can be worn with or without socks. I use inside-only but sole provides support for wearing on sidewalk for brief dogs or bringing to beach to wear on boardwalk. I have wide feet, flat arches and wear 6.5 in dress shoes and 7 in boots. Pros: Well-made suede and sheepskin insides. Price is decent. Soft feel to feet. No issues with bunions, top of foot or back of heels. My feet have been kept warm and comfortable for hours. Cons: I would have preferred a slightly lighter shade of chestnut and a booty made in USA (This model made in China). Australian sheepskin had slight edge in warmth.
I kept stealing my husband's pair and decided to finally get a pair of my own in my own size since his were way too big. I believe he's had his for longer than we've been together, which means it's been over a decade. And they're still holding up well so I'm hoping mine last as long! I really like these, I constantly have cold feet and hands. Working from home, socks aren't warm enough and I slip on the stairs when I just wear socks. These are very warm and they have enough of a sole that I don't slip. Plus, I can go outside for brief things, like getting the mail (not often though, I don't want them to get dirty). I wear them with the top unfolded so it covers my ankles, which is really what makes them the best slippers I've had. I think the sizing is accurate, I usually wear a size 10 or 10.5, sometimes an 11. These are a good fit in size 10 for me, maybe a little roomy even. But they don't fall off.
I love these slippers! I had a previous pair that lasted for 10 years and when they wore out I replaced them with a competitor brand. However, even though the other brand was more expensive, they lasted less than a year and were not as comfortable. I decided to get another pair of these and am so happy I did. At first, they seemed tight but, after 2-3 days, they stretched to my feet and feel perfect. I love that the insoles are removable. I replaced them once with my previous pair which kept them going for several more years.
These slippers are the best. Very comfortable and warm, but not too warm. I had a pair of faux fur and there’s such a difference. Those were hot all the time. I’ve found my new “forever” slippers. If and when they ever wear out, I’ll gladly buy another pair.
I had my first pair for 8 years. I replaced the insole periodically and they were perfect! Then not too long ago I noticed the stitching started to give way and decided it was time for another pair of slippers! I will never buy another other brand ❤️
My wife absolutely loves these slippers. She wears them even in the summer. I have to buy a new pair every other year, as she wears them out. Also thank you for assisting with my return and sending the slippers promptly. Customer Service was Great!
I really like these slippers, but I wish the heel was more narrow, as they slip off if I am wearing them without socks. I also wish the hoop in the back was bigger. I cannot fit my slender finger in the hoop. Other than that, I love these slippers, as I can go outside for short trip for the mail.
